Update: I finished the Ranks and Join pages, and the Members page is self-sustaining, displaying only the users that have registered with this site.

If you are a registered member on this site, you should have author privileges, where you can go here, and put a title for the event, then find the “RS Event” toolbar on the right side, and select the date and time.
